Andrew Preston

Andrew J. Preston is a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist in the state of South Carolina and has been working in public schools since 2004. He is an advocate to provide access to psychoeducational evaluations for children and adults. He is passionate about the mission statement of Driftwood Evaluation Center: We provide comprehensive, compassionate, individualized and personal attention to each and every client.

Kelley Kraft

Kelley works full-time with a school district in Columbia, SC. She has been a school psychologist for 18 years and has worked in the school setting as well as with the SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs. Being a school psychologist has been rewarding for her, as she enjoys helping children meet their full potential and obtain necessary services. It is also important to her that families understand and are able to navigate the educational system and state services and supports with as much ease as possible. 

She grew up in Charleston, SC and currently resides in Lexington, SC with her husband, teenage daughter, and pre-teen son. When not working, she enjoys reading, visiting historic state/national park sites, hiking with her family, and journaling.

Shannon Tapp

Shannon has been with Driftwood since January 2023 and has been a school psychologist since 2012. She has worked in multiple school districts around Charleston, SC. She enjoys providing schools and families support on how to address the unique needs of all children. Shannon has worked with children of all ages across elementary, middle, and high schools. She is familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis and addressing the needs of children with Autism. Shannon lives in Charleston with her husband and their two children.

Rebecca Wallace

Becca has been with Driftwood Evaluation since March 2023. She moved to Hanahan, South Carolina in June 2022 from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts after graduating from Worcester State University with her M.Ed. and Ed.S. In School Psychology. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist (LPES). She currently works as a full-time school psychologist in a high school. Becca is excited to be a part of this growing company and help make a difference in this community. In her free time, she helps coach her high school cheer-leading team and spends time with her friends, family, and cats.

Shelby LaMond

Shelby was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She obtained her master’s degree with an advanced certificate in School Psychology from the University at Buffalo. She moved to South Carolina in 2021 and hasn’t looked back since! Shelby loves living in the south, the warm weather, and being by the coast! She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist (LPES). Shelby is passionate about educating families about their child’s specific needs based on the results of their evaluation. When not working, you can find her lifting weights, at the beach, or enjoying live music! 

Mary-Catherine Stoney

Mary-Catherine has been with Driftwood since March 2024. She is a full-time school psychologist at a charter school in the Charleston area and has worked in several districts in the tri-county area since graduating with her education specialist from The Citadel in 2018. Mary-Catherine is a licensed psychoeducational specialist (LPES) and is passionate about advocating for client’s educational and developmental needs and highlighting their strengths as part of the evaluation process. Mary-Catherine resides in Mount Pleasant, SC with her husband.
